The Hotel – Mas du Brulat

Hotel Overview

Mas du Brulat is a traditional Provencal village house which dates back to 1594. Purchased by Olives and Vines, the house was extensively renovated and opened its doors in 2018. The hotel is located in the charming village of Le Brulat and overlooks the boules court. Le Brulat is set within Rosé wine vineyards, and about fifteen minutes from the picturesque beaches of Bandol and St Cyr sur Mer. The Circuit Paul Ricard, where the French Grand Prix took place in June 2018, is only ten kilometres from the hotel.

With luxurious bedrooms, attentive staff, restaurant, outside pool and landscaped gardens it offers the perfect base form which to enjoy a holiday in this wonderful area of Provence.

The Bedrooms

The hotel has five double bedrooms, one junior suite and two one bedroom suites. Bedroom ‘Syrah” and junior suite ‘Carignan’ can be closed off to become a larger two-bedroom suite if required. Suite ‘Clairette’ and bedroom ‘Sauvignon’ can also be closed off to become a luxurious two-bedroom suite.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating plus heated towel rails in the bathrooms.

The Bar

Our beautiful bar is the perfect place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine or a cocktail created by our talented bar staff! With easy access to the terrace guests are free to order a drink, enjoy a light snack and settle back with a good book. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy the company of your guests.

And if you’re hungry then feel free to move through to the dining room or head out onto the terrace after a pre-dinner drink for something to eat.

Dining and Terrace

Mas de Brulat is home to Restaurant L’Olivier. Headed up by Michelin starred chef Clive Dixon, you can be assured of superb quality dining. Take a seat in our dedicated dining room or if the weather allows (which is frequently here in the south of France!) choose to dine out on our terrace where you can enjoy the views!

Our dining room and terrace are also great places to enjoy a morning continental breakfast.

Gardens and Pool

With the weather frequently delightfully warm and sunny, guests at Mas de Brulat can enjoy spending time outside in our beautiful landscaped gardens where they can relax in the shade with a glass of chilled Rosé.

For those who feel like being a little more energetic, why not take a dip in our pool? The water can be lovely and warm and a gentle swim is the perfect way to sharpen the appetite before dinner.

The Local Area

Mas du Brulat is located in the village of Le Brulat in the heart of Provence and just a short trip from numerous attractions including the coast and the famous Circuit Paul Ricard.

The coast is a 25 minute drive away and includes the beaches at Bandol, St Cyr sur Mer and Sanary sur Mer. Bandol makes a wonderful day out with its busy harbour, great cafés and acres of yachts in the marina to explore.
